The chain saw file that works with this chain is 4mm.

How much weight should I put in the Throwing Weight bag?

There is no set weight that is recommended, but the heavier the better. Some people use rocks, some use sand, some use baseballs or golf balls. It just needs to be heavy enough to come back down once you throw it over a limb.
